Welcome to Paramhans Polyplast Pvt. Ltd. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and your business relationship with us. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Introduction This website is owned and operated by Paramhans Polyplast Private Limited, a company registered in India (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”). Our principal place of business is located at K-278 & K-265, Sector-3, DSIIDC Industrial Area, Bawana, Delhi-110039.
2. Services We are a manufacturer of high-quality IML (In-Mold Labeling) plastic containers, buckets, and other plastic packaging products. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Manufacturing and supply of rigid plastic packaging.
- Integrated services from product design, 3D rendering, and rapid mold development to final product delivery.
- Development of creative artworks for decoration and in-house label manufacturing.
- Custom packaging solutions designed to meet stringent product specifications.
3. Quotations, Orders, and Payment
- Quotations: All quotations provided by us are valid for a period specified in the quotation document. If no period is specified, it is valid for 14 days. A quotation is not a binding order until it is formally accepted by you and confirmed by us.
- Orders: We offer flexible order volumes, from very low to large quantities. All orders are subject to our acceptance and manufacturing capacity. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
- Payment: Payment terms will be specified in the quotation or invoice. This may include advance payment, milestone payments, or other terms as agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to suspend manufacturing or delivery if payments are not made as per the agreed schedule.
4. Intellectual Property
- Our Content: All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Paramhans Polyplast Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- Custom Molds & Designs: In cases where we undertake the design and manufacture of custom molds for a client, the intellectual property rights of the final product design and mold will be determined by a separate written agreement. Unless otherwise specified, the client-funded mold remains the client’s property, but we retain the right to its physical possession and maintenance for manufacturing purposes.
5. Quality and Delivery
- Quality: As an ISO 9001-2015 certified company, we are committed to providing world-class quality through systematic controls, the use of suitable raw materials, and ensuring product strength.
- Delivery: We strive for on-time delivery through our strong manufacturing presence and vast infrastructure. However, any delivery dates provided are estimates and we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paramhans Polyplast Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your relationship with us or the use of our products and services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India, to resolve any legal matter.
8. Amendments to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this site. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
